Team Building-Part 3

must-read post
Building a team in SFI to me means having people follow you, do the same or similar things as you, with the sole purpose of earning an income; not just for yourself, but for your team members as well.
In fact, if your main goal is to earn an income for yourself, you may have a difficult time getting there. Because the people that make the most money, and the ones we look up to the most, are the ones who build their businesses to help other people.

If you help other people to earn an income in this business, by default, you will earn money too. The whole point of team building in network marketing should be to help other people reach their goals.

In fact, I believe that is why Gery Carson has kept the program free to join. And remains free if someone chooses that option. His goal is to help other people earn an income online. But investing in your business will get you to your goals faster; investing some money, investing some time, and investing in your downlines' success.

So that you can help other people here, you have to make sure you understand the program. That doesn’t mean there is only one way to be successful in SFI, because there are several different paths affiliates can take to reach their goals. But, you must be comfortable with the different ways people can earn money here; and if they ask you, then you can point them in the right direction.

But my focus here is what has worked for me. And my path to EA2 every month starts with purchasing 125 TCredits. What we have to teach our downline then is the value in 125 TCredits.

Previously, I said that my purchase every month is treated as rent I have to pay to keep my store open and stocked with product. This is just how I look at it, because I have had my own business in the offline world, so I know how that works.

However, we get more with the 125 TCredits than just a rental payment. So what do I do with my TCredits? Well, I spend 2 credits everyday on an Eager Zebra game, and a Pricebenders auction.

I get 1VP each for spending the TCredit, and 1VP each for the playing the game. I get loyalty reward points (MRP) for playing the games (5 MRP) and double MRP (10) for the Pricebenders auction. That is because I choose to bid only on the double MRP auctions.

Not to mention I get 37 MRP when I purchase the TCredits.

I keep the rest of the TCredits in my balance. I will use them at some point in the future. Anyone else can use them for whatever they want, and earn more VP and MRP. But I make sure I have enough TCredits for the EZ and PB tabs everyday so that I can turn them green. Turning all 12 tabs green everyday gets me an extra entry into the Daily Grand.

As far as VP goes, I earn 1500VP when I make my purchase. That ensures I make EA2, and gets me shares into the TripleClicks Executive Pool. Plus, because my purchase is a Standing Order (SO), I get an extra 100VP around the middle of the month after commissions have been processed.

The other reason for being an EA2 is that if any of my PSA’s reach EA2 or higher ranks, I cannot get the VP associated with that (supporting your PSA's) until I make EA2. So I make sure I have my SO setup early in the month. It just makes the most sense to me.

So, if you can become EA2 every month, it might be easier for your PSA’s to follow you if they know you are committed to doing the same thing.

There are other ways to becoming EA2, but this is the path that has worked for me, and I believe it has worked very well for other members in my downline.

More to come later.

How do I reassure prospective TripleClicks customers that shopping is safe and secure and they will receive delivery of product?

Reassuring prospective TripleClicks (TC) customers means you have to tell them something positive to dispel any doubts regarding safe and secure shopping. Shopping TC products is safe and secure in these ways:
1. Several payment options available such Paypal, Payoneer MasterCard, major credit cards, debit cards, checks and LocalPay are safe, and thousands of people are using them.

2. SFI, TC and those payment options sites have site security confirmed. They receive SSL certificate from GeoTrust and True Site trust mark. The presence of SSL means a person is guaranteed that communications and any data between a person and the site’s web servers are private and secure when the SSL session is activated.

3. The products are shipped to customers from ECAs. A delivery of products is highly promised but the prospective customers should be advised that there are uncontrolled factors, such as a loss or product damage while in a delivery route or poor delivery handling. Still the customers can get a refund because there is a return and refund policy. For a specific return and refund policy's detail, tell your prospective TC customers to go to the link on each product’s detail page.

4. TC is a subsidiary of SFI, which has been operating for more than 17 years. That is a sign of stability and dynamic development.

5. They must know that an ECA has been approved first by the TC company. The ECA has been asked to provide proof of a valid identity card and a license or a local business registration cert.

6. The ECA which has sold the products are also being rated by the affiliates who bought the products. So, those ratings provide a guidance to future customers.

7. The prospective TC customers also can take a look at review sections of any products in TC if the product has been purchased before. These reviews are true, honest, and any suggestions by the affiliates can be taken as good advice.

Which is better and why?

S-Builder Co-op or PSAs To Go. Which is better and why?

Both S-Builder Co-op and PSAs To Go allow you to build a team of affiliates without having to personally recruit them. They both allow you to spend less time and money on advertisement.

The time saved as a result can be used to focus on other SFI matters, such as team building, communication, leadership and purchasing, etc.

I personally prefer the PSA's To Go because:

1-You are guaranteed a number of PSAs.
2-They are delivered fast
3-The VP's for PSAs To Go are great compared to S-Builder Co-op.

10 PSA's costs $39.00, you get 455 VP
20 PSA"s costs 69.00, you get 805 VP
50 PSA's costs $139.00, you get 1,622

Each S-Builder unit costs $22.00 and you get 280 VP, you may get 4 or 5 PSAs.

Neither can guarantee you active PSAs.

Hope this helps.

What are the best ways to recruit good, new affiliates?

What are the best ways to recruit good, new affiliates?

It is never guaranteed who will be active in SFI and who will not, but still there are ways to produce better quality affiliates. I follow few basics points for generating quality affiliates and hope it will be useful for you too. Before you create a new sign up, you must make him aware of the following facts, because he must know what system he is going to join and how it works.
1. You must tell him the first truth: "SFI is not a quick get rich scheme." Patience and persistence are needed to grow here.

2. Let him know that "money-making in SFI solely depends on team building as well as sales. If he is not good with that, training will help, but he needs patience and interest.

3. Make him aware that SFI can be overwhelming at the beginning, so he needs to work to understand the system, rather than just sign up and look for money.

I feel if you explain these points before someone joins your team, he will not be surprised by the program when he tries to work on it. This will allow him to understand the system better, and he will be a better affiliate for sure.

Hope its helpful
